The design approach ensured that the branches were both a functional hub for banking services and a sophisticated, customer-oriented destination. This is demonstrated in the Interior design of first 400 sqm pilot branch at Park Street, Sheikh Zayed. The branch is designed as a destination for customers, focusing on providing a comfortable and engaging atmosphere. Key design features include spacious waiting areas, interactive digital displays for information and services, and dedicated consultation rooms for personalized service.
