City Centre Almaza is a landmark super-regional retail and entertainment destination developed by Majid Al Futtaim. It is located along Cairo’s Ring Road at the intersection of Suez Road and Autostrad, between Heliopolis and Nasr City. Strategically positioned to serve a fast-growing, vibrant urban community, it boasts a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of over 103,000 m² and a Total Built-Up Area of 270,000 m².

The project accommodates anchor retail units and line shops, a diverse F&B offering and food court, a plaza for social gathering, 16 VOX Cinemas and Magic Planet entertainment, and parking for 4,000 vehicles, both on deck and in the basement. 

Sustainability was a major driver, with the project earning LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC. Efficient energy, lighting, and water systems were embedded into the architectural and MEP strategies to ensure both performance and longevity.
