Project Overview
The HSBC Cairo Regional Processing Center (CRPC) indeed holds a distinguished place in the region’s architectural landscape. It is the first LEED Gold certified building in both Egypt and Africa; a milestone achieved under the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) with a total of 44 points awarded in January 2010.
Situated in Cairo’s prestigious Smart Village Business Park, the HSBC CRPC stands as a pioneering benchmark in sustainable corporate architecture. The facility, with a total built-up area of 21,000 m², was meticulously designed to accommodate over 1,150 employees.
