Ora Solana – Family Residence Phase 1 & 2
Project Overview
The project is located at New Zayed, between Al Dabaa Corridor and the Middle Ring Road. Archimid was appointed to lead the design of 29 distinct Single-Family Residences (Phase 1) with a total built-up area (TBUA) of 13,998 m². In addition, Archimid are responsible for designing 15 multiple-family residential building types (Phase 2) with a TBUA of 28,568 m², comprising both basic and combined typologies. All residences are fully finished.
